  • from 2011 to 2015 – secretary of the Pediatric Cardiology Section of the Polish Cardiac Society
  • from 2011 until now – member of the Management Board of the Warsaw Branch of the Polish Pediatric Society
  • articipated in the implementation of 4 research projects of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education/National Science Center and is the National Coordinator of 3 international science projects
  • has published 260 articles in foreign and Polish journals
  • author of chapters in 6 monographs and textbooks
  • cnducts didactic activity as a lecturer in the field of pediatric cardiology at the Medical Center for Postgraduate Education courses and cardiology and pediatric conferences

Research interests:

  • actively participates in the implementation of scientific programs including diagnostics and treatment of congenital and acquired heart diseases in children
  • special scientific, didactic and clinical interests concern the problems of inherited and acquired myocardial diseases in children such as cardiomyopathies, myocarditis, pericarditis, infective endocarditis
