CMHI among the winners of Medical Research Agency competition

We are pleased to announce that the Medical Research Agency has settled the first competition for non-commercial clinical trials. The Institute is one of the winners and is able to finance and implement another project under the leadership of prof. Katarzyna Kotulska-Jóźwiak p. A randomized, double-blind clinical trial assessing the safety and efficacy of rapamycin compared to vigabatrin in the prophylactic treatment of infants with tuberous sclerosis (cofinancing: over 23 million PLN. It was one of 28 projects (out of 77 submitted) which received funding: cardiology (10 projects), oncology (8 projects), paediatrics (5 projects), neurology (3 projects) and hematology (2 projects).
