• Head of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry (former Department of Biochemistry, Radioimmunology and Experimental Medicine) – a highly specialized diagnostic laboratory
• European Specialist in Laboratory Medicine (EuSpLM) certified by the European Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (EFLM)
• Member of the board of the Polish Society of Laboratory Diagnostics, member of the College of Laboratory Medicine and the Polish Diabetes Society
•  ISO 9001 internal auditor
• Author/Participant of numerous grants, including: EarlyNutrition, Nutrimenthe, Chopin, Ernest, We Know What We Eat, doctoral grants from IPCZD doctors, internal grants and his own grant for the development of a young scientist)
