Biography:
- graduate of the medical faculty of the Warsaw Medical University
- since 2013: employed in the Department of Nephrology, Kidney Transplantation and Hypertension since 2013, initially as a volunteer, then a junior assistant doctor, scientific assistant and from December 1, 2023 associate profesor
- head of the Dialysis Unit of Children`s Memorial Health Institute
- author and co-author of over 150 original, review articles and congress reports on nephrology, dialysis and pediatric hypertension
- main contractor and co-contractor in numerous scientific projects, including Children`s Memorial Health Institute intramural grants and National Science Centre and National Centre for Research and Development grants
- since 2018: the Deputy Editor-in-Chief in the editorial team of the journal Standardy Medyczne Pediatria

Research interests:
- population norms and reference values in children and adolescents (initiator and coordinator of the kidney length and kidney volume in healthy children and adolescents project)
- adolescent medicine
- pathogenesis of primary hypertension in children and adolescents
- target organ damage and complications of hypertension
- assessment of the central pressure and importance of the spurious hypertension
- cardiovascular complications in patients with chronic kidney disease (Escape Network member) and patients undergoing renal replacement therapy (3H Study Coordinator).
