  • lecturer in the field of Physiology and Pathophysiology (2011-2013) In the Department of Pathology

  • graduate of 7th edition of the postgraduate studies “Medical Analytics” of the Medical University of Warsaw – obtaining the title “Laboratory Diagnostician” (2017)
  • author/co-author of 26 full-text publications (IF = 42.262), 36 congress materials (IF = 58.156)
  • member of the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC) since 2008
  • member of Allied Health Professional Member of the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN)

Qualifications and trainings:

  • during the specialization for laboratory diagnostics “Laboratory medical immunology”, Faculty of Pharmacy with the Division of Laboratory Medicine, Medical University of Bialystok (expected date of completion 2021)
  • other medical/research skills: handling and application performed using confocal microscopy (FV-1000, Olympus), scanning cytometry (ScanR, Olympus), trnasmission microscope (TEM, Jeol); laboratory diagnostics of celiac disease and allergy; in situ hybridization methods in the oncogene evaluation of n-myc, c-myc amplification, statistics; clinical research methodology

  • pathophysiological/pathogenetic mechanisms in chronic diseases of the digestive system (eg: celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, α-1 anti-trypsin deficiency, Wilson’s disease)
  • other autoimmune diseases (eg: type 1 diabetes) and allergic (eg: food allergies)
