Biography:

A graduate of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw. Since 1996, she has been employed at the Department of Medical Genetics of the Children’s Memorial Health Institute (CMHI) in Warsaw, and since 2007 as an assistant professor. In 2006, she obtained a Ph.D in medical sciences in the field of medical biology at the Medical University of Warsaw. Since 2008, she has been the head of the Molecular Genetics Laboratory of the CMHI. She is a member of the Polish Society of Human Genetics and the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnostics. She is the contractor of over 50 scientific projects and the author/co-author of over 100 original and review works in the field of human genetics and molecular biology.

Other qualifications and achievements:

In 2007, she obtained the title of specialist in laboratory medical genetics, and in 2016, she obtained the title of specialist certified by the European Board of Medical Genetics.
